What we collect
If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, market, requested service and message. Server logs may include IP address and browser data needed to run the site.
Why we collect it
We use contact details only to reply to your enquiry and to deliver related work if you become a client. This is based on your request (pre-contract steps) and our legitimate interest in running the studio.
Where data goes
Messages are sent to info@roof-agency.com. Email delivery may use a processor such as Resend. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and our records, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the UK, EU and Switzerland), you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK or the FDPIC in Switzerland).
